Wow,
We made it to May. Started the day off at the listing in Red Bluff, CA, about 2 hours north of Sacramento... Was a nice and leisurely drive down I-5 from sacramento. We are planning for a big open house in 2 weeks, I'll keep you posted! Also, thank you to Alejandro and family! I have a feeling our contract is close to being accepted. Thank you to Jessica H. for getting your deposit in today on your purchase, the listing agent had been calling me daily for it since friday, If i can i'd like to avoid that agent for the remainder of my career. Thank you Darryl D. for getting your deposit in last week and reading the disclosures on your purchase, hopefully we can order inspections tomorrow. Thank you Mr. Ford for calling to check in on the 40 acres, and Thank you Sarah, for keeping all these deals moving smoothly. If I forgot to thank you, THANK YOU! -Bryan

Research has shown that buying and selling property, or moving home are perhaps among the most stressful things people are likely to encounter in their life time. When times are good, the market is "confident", and there are more buyers than sellers, and more tenants than landlords, some Estate Agents may treat you badly.

Buying property can be very overwhelming, considering your time and resources. Even if you've done your due diligence, there is always something to be done or something else to learn about the process. That's why it is so important for potential homebuyers to enlist the help of real estate agencies, because they can truly be an ally in the buying process.
