One thing I actually hate that other agents do is catfish people with their listing photos.

We never do that at BLRE. 

I'd actually prefer if a listing has no photos, than doctored up images that do not clearly portray the condition of a property.

Be real.

If a bathroom looks like one out of  Buckingham Palace in the photo... but when I show up with a client it looks like one out of an ARCO, than guess who isn't going to get an offer written for their property?

Why lie? Represent a property for what it is, price it right, and then you don't end up looking like a fool!

Today we launch the website...

ahh! some time in between getting ready to preview more houses with more buyers, and juggling listings we found time to start a website.

a year in business, countless sales... man, it's been a long time coming.

Btw, thank you to Jeolen and Jamie for everything, we finally closed on the house on Branch street earlier this week!  You guys were amazing clients.

I hope to update this regularly with banter!
