Shortly after i graduated with my M.B.A. from San Jose State, my then fiancé and now wife and I lived together in a 1bedroom apartment off of Maude in Sunnyvale. I, being a bay area native, born and raised in East Palo Alto, had vowed that I would live my whole life there... For the 2 years we spent there paying nearly $1500/mo in rent, we fell in love with that city. Yet, in order to have a solid foundation to raise our family we relocated in 2012 to Sacramento and began a love affair with affordable living. Now, I long to go back and live life amongst family and childhood friends in the bay that we left behind, and take listings from time to time in East Palo Alto and Hayward just to have an excuse to spend time out there... It's amazing to be so close that we can be back home in 90 minutes, but we find that the housing situation has gotten worse for first time home-buyers (renters too) than we could have ever imagined. Supply is no where near demand. I really need to open an office in the south bay some time soon... Who knows... maybe in 2018 if regional business suports it we will open a San Jose branch office. But for now, if you live in Sunnyvale, and you get a postcard from me from time to time, feel free to share with friends and family. Without the support of the community, my business would have no purpose. Thank you to those who work with and support small business, versus corporations. No one will work harder for you than the little guy, becuase he has EVERYTHING to prove. Help us open an office in San Jose, LIST WITH US! - Bryan

Wow,
We made it to May. Started the day off at the listing in Red Bluff, CA, about 2 hours north of Sacramento... Was a nice and leisurely drive down I-5 from sacramento. We are planning for a big open house in 2 weeks, I'll keep you posted! Also, thank you to Alejandro and family! I have a feeling our contract is close to being accepted. Thank you to Jessica H. for getting your deposit in today on your purchase, the listing agent had been calling me daily for it since friday, If i can i'd like to avoid that agent for the remainder of my career. Thank you Darryl D. for getting your deposit in last week and reading the disclosures on your purchase, hopefully we can order inspections tomorrow. Thank you Mr. Ford for calling to check in on the 40 acres, and Thank you Sarah, for keeping all these deals moving smoothly. If I forgot to thank you, THANK YOU! -Bryan |
